A professional image consultant and stylist with extensive experience in personal styling, fashion consulting, and event preparation. Ghada has collaborated with industry professionals, trained students across multiple styling modules, and guided participants in applying styling principles to real-life situations such as fashion shows, photoshoots, and professional image makeovers.

 


Course Description
This evening course provides participants with essential skills in styling, image consulting, and personal presentation. Students will explore color theory, body morphology, makeup adaptation, wardrobe essentials, and practical applications in styling. Through interactive sessions, participants gain confidence in advising, styling, and applying creative looks for diverse contexts, including fashion shows and photoshoots.

PATTERN DRAFTING: THE SUIT & PANTS

Creative and dedicated fashion designer with over 10 years of experience in women’s wear design, pattern drafting. Highly skilled in creating technical patterns, grading, and constructing garments using both traditional methods and digital tools like CLO3D and AutoCAD. Experienced in leading educational initiatives and shaping young talent at top institutions.

 

Course Description and Objectives

This course offers a comprehensive exploration of tailored garment construction through the lens of professional pattern drafting techniques. Students will engage with both theoretical and hands-on methods to develop the core components of a tailored suit jacket and pants. Emphasis is placed on mastering dart manipulation, 

The course follows the ESMOD patternmaking method.

Students will produce a full-scale jacket and trouser toile, along with final garments showcasing both fit accuracy and refined tailoring.

Suit Jacket Objectives

  • Understand the anatomy and structure of a tailored jacket

  • Create accurate facings, linings, and internal components

Pants Objectives

  • Develop a pants base block using the ESMOD method
  • Apply dart manipulation and pocket constructions (slanted, piped)
  • Draft and assemble fly, waistband, and hem

Pattern Drafting: The Skirt

This evening course introduces the fundamentals of skirt construction, combining pattern drafting, sewing techniques, and garment finishing. Students will complete multiple skirt projects while developing essential skills in fabric preparation, dart manipulation, pleats, and professional assembly methods. By the end of the program, participants gain a solid foundation in womenswear pattern making and construction.

PROGRAM



Fashion Business - HYBRID COURSE -

Course Overview


The Fashion Business Course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive

understanding of the structure, functions, and dynamics of the global and regional fashion

industries. Through an in-depth examination of topics such as fashion marketing, brand

development, product management, buying, merchandising, supply chain, sustainability,

and emerging technologies, students will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to

operate effectively within the contemporary fashion business environment.

The course is conducted in a hybrid format, with a combination of in-person and

online sessions (specific online sessions will be announced in advance). Classes are

held twice per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, each lasting two hours, for a total

of 25 sessions.

Attendance is mandatory, and active participation is a key component of the learning

process. Students are permitted a maximum of three absences over the entire duration of

the course.

Upon successful completion, students will have developed a critical understanding of

how fashion businesses function, from creative conception to market delivery. They will

be able to analyze the fashion value chain, evaluate brand strategies, and apply business principles relevant to both local (Lebanese and GCC) and international markets. This

course is particularly suited for students with an interest in pursuing careers in fashion

design, brand management, retail, marketing, or entrepreneurship within the fashion

sector.

Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays. Hybrid. From 18:30PM till 20:30PM
