Maryz is born in Lebanon, with a strong drive towards the cosmos, yet a solid connection to her roots. Although following a scientific educational background, Maryz ABDEL MASSIH's professional quest leaned towards a further creative path.
She graduated in 2010 from the Université Saint-Esprit de Kaslik, with a Master's Degree in Interior Architecture.
In 2011, she enrolled at ESMOD Beirut for a Diploma in Fashion Design and Pattern Making, then extended her knowledge in the industry through an intensive program in "Fashion Business"; and was honored with the "Aiguille d'Or Award" from the ESMOD International Group.
After kicking off her career in areas of interdisciplinary design and execution, she branched to brand architecture, management, and communication; continuously working with local and international names such as Book of Charms, Bird on a Wire, Basil Soda, Tara w Kheit, The Safadi Cultural Foundation, Nadeen Khatoun, HaritHand and Burning Man.
In 2015, she went after her strongest passion for performing arts and joined the "Atelier du Je" for an advanced experience in theater and self-development.
She is currently active in all acquired fields, while being a pattern drafting instructor and curriculum developer at ESMOD Beirut.
